Amaya Signs Deal with Caesars Interactive Entertainment

Canada’s leading online poker and casino provider, the Amaya Gaming Group, has signed a casino content deal with the online gambling division of the US brick-and-mortar casino operator Caesars Entertainment in terms in which of which the Amaya Gaming Group will provide the Caesars Interactive Entertainment’s New Jersey-facing operation with its Amaya Game Office online gaming platform as well as its third-party casino gaming content for web and mobile.

The deal is, however, subject to applicable licensing and regulatory approvals.

David Baazov, the Chief Executive Officer of the Amaya Gaming Group, revealed that the agreement is an enormous win for them.  He added that as well as contributing to their recurring revenue in the years to come, the agreement is bound to extend their online gaming footprint considerably in the United States.

The agreement will also see the Amaya Gaming Group receive an unspecified cut of the overall revenue that will be generated by CaesarsCasino.com in New Jersey as well as a cut of the specified revenues that is generated by the Amaya-supplied content.

Mitch Garber, the Chief Executive Officer of Caesars Interactive Entertainment, said that Amaya’s turnkey solution will give Caesars Interactive Entertainment the opportunity to customize their product offering and merge seamlessly with third party content.
