US Online Agreement Entered Into Between AAPN and Wynn Interactive

The All American Poker Network (AAPN), the gaming network which is a joint venture between 888 online Gaming Operator and the investment firm Avenue Capital Group, has announced that it has entered into a partnership deal with Wynn Interactive, a subsidiary of US casino resort operator Wynn Resorts, in terms of which it will develop and deploy Wynn Interactive online gaming sites in Nevada and New Jersey and other US states as and when they should become regulated.

Powered by the 888 platform, the All American Poker Network has already gone live with Caesars’ International Entertainment’s World Series of Poker brand in Nevada and is currently going through the licensing process in New Jersey.

Wynn Interactive will be provided with casino, poker and back-office platform as well as additional operational services from All American Poker Network and will distribute its online brands in the US and have the opportunity to pool liquidity on the All American Poker Network, subject to regulatory clearances.

According to the Executive Chairman of All American Poker Network, David Licht, the platform as well as supplementary services that All American Poker Network is due to offer through 888, together with Wynn’s marquee brand which is similar with quality and trust, will further position their offering in the forming US regulated online gaming market.

Brian Mattingley, the Chief Executive Officer of 888 said that Wynn’s market footprint and reputation will enable it to leverage their technology and products as it did so successfully in the land based world.
