ExCel London Heats up as ICE 2014 Draws Near

ICE 2014 is set to be the biggest ever gaming event hosted by ExCel in London and Gamblingplex brings you all the latest as the big day draws near. The entire world of gaming focuses on ICE, the online business-to-business event to be held from the 3rd – 6th of February 2014. Spread over 55,000 square meters, the event brings together online and offline gaming under one roof, covering casino, sports betting, lottery, online gaming, street gaming, social gaming, mobile gaming, and bingo.

In addition to some of the biggest brands as many as 74 companies will make their debut at ICE. 65 percent of the exhibitors who are from outside the UK will showcase their ware with some of the world’s major manufacturers and innovators. Some of the big names include Microgaming, Playtech, Amaya, WMS Gaming, Novomatic, Merkur, and many more. The wide range of products on offer guarantees everything there is in gaming, which makes it a must-attend event for everyone from a supplier, operator, regulator, and the gaming enthusiast.

ICE 2014 will feature show-floor seminars offering the latest industry information and are free to attend. Gaming experts from Paddy Power, bwin, and BetVictor and 150 eminent thought leaders will share their expertise at ICE Conferences and offer solutions to key challenges faced by the industry.

According to the Portfolio Director of ICE Totally Gaming and ICE Conferences, Kate Chambers, ICE is a commercial and an information exchange event where the exhibition and conference programs complement each other. A host of conferences are to be held, which includes titles such as the International Casino Conference, Mobile Gaming, Monetizing Social Gaming, World Regulatory Briefing, and more.

A new mobile event guide app developed by Genie Connect was recently launched for the benefit of exhibitors, delegates, and visitors to ICE Totally Gaming and ICE Conferences. The free app features full event schedules, an interactive floor plan, information on the latest product launches and a personal event planner. The app is available at the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store.

The ICE Conferences kick off on Monday, 3rd February 2014 with the flagship casino industry event, the 6th International Casino Conference. Casino executives from around the globe are expected to attend. Speakers include Harrie Temmink, DG MARKT, European Commission; Roger Seshadri, Senior VP & CIO, Melco Crown, and others. A seminar to address the Bitcoin phenomenon has also been scheduled on Tuesday 4th February between 2pm and 5pm at the South Gallery Rooms 7&8.
