Gaming Companies Take Live Gaming To A New Level
Players around the globe can now enjoy the ultimate live gaming experience with Playtech adding a ‘cultural’ aspect to its Live games offering. The mobile gaming company announced the launch of ‘Dual Network’, a feature currently available for the European and Asian markets. This feature allows Asian players that live in Europe to play games operated in the UK with the services of an Asian dealer. This enables players to enjoy a higher level of customer service in a language and environment they are comfortable with. The same holds good for European players living in Asia who will have access to European dealers through the Dual Network.
Playtech offers players a world-class live table gaming experience
The objective is to offer players a familiar cultural experience, which makes playing games on Playtech’s live gaming platform more exciting. According to Shimon Akad, Playtech’s VP Operations, the Dual Network features is evidence of the company’s responsiveness to players’ needs and their endeavor to provide operators with the latest technology and best products in the online casino market.
Playtech continues to monitor consumer behavior in a bid to develop products that give their licensees a competitive edge. The Dual Network feature comes close on the heels of Playtech’s launch of its Live games portfolio across all mobile platforms at the end of November 2013.
The company’s live games are accessible on iPhone, iPad, Android, Native and HTML5 platforms. Gaming apps can either be downloaded or played instantly on mobile web. By offering Live games anywhere and anytime operators can gain a competitive advantage as Playtech continues to enhance the capabilities of mobile gaming in the European and Asian markets.
