Quickspin and Rank Group agree to content deal

Online and social games developer Quickspin agreed to a content deal with British gambling operator Rank Interactive. The operator’s customers will have access to Quickspin’s range of online casino games on Rank’s Meccabingo.com and Grosvenor.com websites.

According to Alex Franklin, head of games at Rank Group, Quickspin’s games are the ideal solution in line with the company’s strategy of offering its customers a unique gaming experience with top quality games that will add value to their current portfolio with the potential to attract new customers.

Quickspin’s chief executive officer, Daniel Lindberg, said the deal allows the company to strengthen its market position as one of the leaders in developing high quality and innovative gaming products. Earlier in January, Quickspin signed a deal with bet365. It also has similar agreements with Gala Interactive, Unibet and Betclic Everest Group. Several free-to-play versions of its games are available on social networking sites through its exclusive agreement with social casino studio Plumbee.

Plumbee adds new title to Mirrorball Slots application

London based social casino games startup Plumbee announced the addition of Royal Frog to its Mirrorball Slots application on Facebook. The 40 win-line base game is the thirteenth title made available on the social networking platform. In addition to the main application, Royal Frog is also available the tournaments mode.

Plumbee’s product manager, Christine Wang said Royal Frog with its unique interactive feature brings a fresh feel to the Mirrorball Slots app. The game is designed to offer more user engagement in both modes.

Earlier in March, Plumbee added player tournaments to the Facebook version of its Mirrorball Slots application. Via the lobby within the app, players are now able to access new tournaments and select one of four different stakes to compete in with others in a ‘Battle Royale’. The top two players are awarded exciting virtual cash prizes. The social games developer also introduced a free tournament where players can earn coins that can be spent on other tournaments and slot games in the main Mirrorball Slots game.

Plumbee’s games producer, Dave Wright said the company is committed to helping players experience the thrill of its slots games. Tournaments are the perfect way for players to enjoy the excitement of playing against others for a share of the prizes. Wright was confident of player tournaments becoming a hit and promised more tournament types and games from Plumbee in the near future.
